On Friday 31st August Mount Annan Christian College will be holding their annual 'Missions Day'.
Missions Day raises money for various missions the schools support. It is also a fun day for the school community.
Students are encouraged to dress up in mufti clothes for a donation of $2.
The theme for the mufti will be M. The class have already thought of some things starting with 'M' that they could dress up as, including a marshmallow, a mermaid, themselves (me) and even a marsupial!
Missions day officially starts at 11:35 with a Thanksgiving service.
After the service, there will be a variety of stalls and activities for the students to enjoy and we welcome any parents and friends to stay for an extended lunch and enjoy the afternoon with the students.
There will even be a car wash! Call the office on 46347474 to book in your car for a cost of $10 or 4WD for $15.
A note has been sent home giving details of the stalls and costs. We have included a picture of this note on the blog. If you need another note sent home, please ask either one of us or see Student Admin.
We look forward to this exciting day.
