Fun and Celebrations

This week was filled with so many fun things to do and celebrate.

On Thursday we celebrated Sienna's birthday with some delicious cupcakes.

On Friday we had Missions Day, where we raised money for Operation Christmas Child, Compassion and for the team of students and teachers going to China at the end of this term. There were so many fun activities such as tug-of-war, face painting, manicures, jellybean competitions, hair spraying, cupcake decorating and even more!

We also spent some time making something special for our Dad's for Fathers Day on Sunday. We hope our dad's love their gifts and feel very loved and special. We'd love to hear from our dad's on how you spent your Fathers Day.

Happy Birthday Joshua!

Wow I think we have lots of Autumn babies in our class. Joshua had a birthday yesterday and he shared some yummy cupcakes with the class. Happy birthday Joshua and we hope you had a great day!

Happy Birthday Luca!

Today it was Luca's birthday. She shared some delicious cakes with the class and we all sang to her. We can't wait to see what presents she opens tonight!
Eliana's mum came into help us with writing. She was so helpful!
Thanks to Kieran's mum who helps on Fridays, too!
The notes went home to let the parent helpers know about the excursion too, so check your child's bag.
If you'd like to help out in the classroom you can write a note to Mrs Wadds or Mrs Downes, speak to either of us after school or call student admin and leave a message. We understand not all parents can help out in the classroom because of work commitments and siblings so we do not expect all parents to help out in the classroom, but we do want you to know you're always welcome in our classroom.

Happy Birthday Lachlan!

Today was Lachlan's birthday! He turned 7. He shared cupcakes with the class and told us about the presents he had already opened.

After lunch we did PE. Sian, Maxwell and Vishal won the NED awards. Well done!
