Celebrations

What an exciting day we have had today! We celebrated Nathanael's birthday with some delicious cupcakes. Then, this afternoon we began our HSIE unit on Celebrations by having a party.
There were decorations and we played musical bottoms, musical chairs and pass the parcel. There were a lot of freddo frogs, shared as treats and prizes and we finished our party with some more yummy cupcakes.

There are lots of occasions we can celebrate such as birthdays, Christmas and weddings. Can you think of other things we can celebrate?
